Webster Elementary Principal Brad Snow received the Cahokia Mounds District of the Greater St. Louis Boy Scout Council’s highest award – the Award of Merit – on February 14, 2018. The award is presented “to registered Scouters who render service of an outstanding nature at the district level.”
