As the school year comes to a close we need to collect district and school materials. We will start collecting materials from students beginning on May 19th.
This will be a staggered collection over several days using the following schedule.
May 19th – Junior Class
May 20th – Sophomore Class
May 21st – Freshman Class
Collection times will be 9:00AM – 3:00PM each day. Click HERE for instructions and sitemap.
During these collection events, follow the designated route and signage on site.
Please follow the social distancing guidelines set by the Center for Disease Control CDC Social Distancing Guidelines. For example, students should wear a mask as indicated in the accompanying CHS Underclass Materials Collection Plan. If you or someone in your household is sick, please contact Joe McGinnis email@example.com to arrange for an alternate method of collecting materials.
If you have left any personal valuable items at school please fill out this form: Underclass Item Pick Up
When arriving at CHS for material drop off please park in the main parking lot. Then follow the attached site layout plan when walking through the collection site. Please follow the guidelines below to help maintain social distancing during drop off:
- If you have to wait in line, please stand next to the cones that are spaced a minimum of 6ft apart. Only the student should enter the building with school materials.
- If possible please wipe down any items before returning them.
Please check your skyward account for fees relating to library books, textbooks from previous classes, and chargers. This will be a one-stop, one-time collection event for any of those items. After this event, your skyward account will be updated to reflect any fees being charged due to not returning any materials.
Students in AP classes that are taking AP exams, please keep all materials you will need to study for and complete those AP exams. The collection of those items will occur after the completion of all AP exams.
