;) Students who participated had to take a written exam in February to qualify among the top in the state to compete on the hands-on portion of the competition in Springfield mid-April. Those winning in the top 3 in the state Teamworks (carpentry, plumbing, electrical, masonry) FIRST-Jarred Vanderkooi, Eduardo Osequera, Zak Woodward, and Amanda Canada. Electronics Technology FIRST-Georg Boddie, THIRD-Santino Arzivu. Preschool Interactive Bulletin Board FIRST-Kelsey Seim, Sarah Wortman, and Morgan Hensler. Community Service THIRD-Sarah Downs, Elsa Rodriguez, and Morgan Hensler. Video Product Development SECOND-Jacob Simburger and Jordan Strittmatter, THIRD-Kayla Webb and Rebecca Lopez. Internetworking SECOND-Jacob Paragon Teamworks and the first place Electronics student will represent Illinois at Nationals in June.
