Individuals or district schools wishing to post information on the event calendar may do so by completing the Online Request Form. Community groups that directly support the school district may submit events for consideration. The online request form also provides a convenient way to upload flyers or brochures that further describe an event. Once submitted, the district reviews all requests electronically. If approved, the events are then electronically posted to the calendar. Care should be taken to insure event details are accurate and complete when completing the online request form.
The Collinsville High School sports calendar is available separately through the High School Sports Net online service, providing visitors an opportunity to search by sport, gender and level. Sport schedules can be linked to handheld devices as well as delivered directly to users via email, mobile devices and/or RSS feed. Visitors can register free of charge at the site for these services.
