With its close proximity to the St. Louis metropolitan area, Collinsville students, staff and residents are within easy driving distance of world-class museums, as well as historic, cultural and educational sites. Throughout their years in the Collinsville School District, many students have an opportunity to travel to local and regional attractions through school and activity field trips. Parents and extended families enjoy sharing history and fun with their children by also visiting many of these sites.
