Is there a guarantee the funds won’t be transferred out of the maintenance account?
How do you “retire” debt? And why are so many schools (and for how long) out of ADA compliance?
If this measure passes, I’m assuming a new budget will need to be passed. What is stopping the school board from choosing to allocate the money differently? Also, if the board passes the budget, what is the time line (and what will be considered priority) for these renovations?
